Air coolers are household appliances that cool indoor air through water evaporation or refrigeration. The housing holds the fan, water tank, and control panel, requiring stable dimensions to maintain proper alignment of internal components and secure assembly.

Our company manufactures custom injection molds for these housings. The mold features a large cavity design with balanced cooling channels to ensure uniform heat extraction and minimize warpage. The cavity and core are made of P20 or 718H steel, with design using UG, CAD, and Moldflow. Molds are tested on 200T–1,800T injection machines. P20 provides approximately 200,000 cycles and 718H provides approximately 400,000 cycles.
