It must provide precise mounting points and maintain dimensional stability to ensure proper assembly of all internal components. The housing is exposed to temperature changes and occasional moisture, so the material needs good impact resistance and surface finish. Our company manufactures water dispenser housing molds using ABS material. The mold core and cavity are made from P20 or 718H steel, with hardness between 25–30 HRC. We use UG, CAD, and Moldflow for design and flow analysis to ensure balanced filling.
