Oxygen concentrators are medical devices used to deliver oxygen to patients with respiratory conditions. The plastic parts in these devices include housings, air flow channels, and connection fittings, which require consistent dimensional accuracy to ensure proper assembly and reliable performance.

Our company manufactures custom injection molds for these components. The cavity and core are made of P20 or 718H steel, with design using UG, CAD, and Moldflow. We use CNC machining and EDM for processing, and molds are tested on 200T–1,000T injection machines. P20 provides approximately 200,000 cycles and 718H provides approximately 400,000 cycles.
